Abusers: Andreas Ludwig Kalcker

The current chlorine dioxide cult originated with Jim Humble's "Genesis 2 Church of Health and Healing". Humble taught his followers that chlorine dioxide bleach, which he called the "Miracle Mineral Solution" (MMS) would cure everything from AIDS to Zoster. "Doctor" Andreas Ludwig Kalcker set out to reorganize Humble's teachings as pseudomedicine rather than pseudoscience.

Kalcker's 2018 book, "Forbidden Health", opens with this disclaimer on the copyright page: "However, the editor, author or their respective employees, or agents, will not accept liability for injuries, losses or damages caused to people who act or refrain from acting as a result of the material of this book, if such injury, loss or damage of any way is due to any act or negligent omission, breach of duty by the editor, author or their respective employees or agents." In other words, Kalcker knew at least as early as 2018 that following the advice in his book will cause injury, that writing the book was breach of duty, and that not shutting him down was editorial breach of duty. He also thanks Kerri Rivera in the acknowledgements section.

Kalcker specifically claims credit for Kerri Rivera's protocol, and notes that he spoke at Autism One in 2013 and 2014 in Chicago. He also claims that he voluntarily relinquished his doctorate (A Ph.D., NOT an M.D.) "when the faculty failed to support him after certain media outlets smeared his reputation and ridiculed his discoveries." This sounds slightly suspicious; we suspect that he either had his doctorate rescinded or gave it up when he realized it was about to be taken away.

Kerri Rivera's 2014 book also credits "Dr." Kalcker as the one who gave her the "parasite protocol" - the enema torture regimen.

Kalcker's scientific rigour already shows in the table of contents: an A-Z alphabet of chlorine dioxide protocol with cutesy names.

Page 144 establishes that Kalcker recommends daily bleach enemas as part of the "Parasite Protocol"

Page 145 establishes that the "parasitical magma" or "parasitical plasma" Kalcker claims to be expelling was, in lab testing, found to be part of the human body. Kalcker disputes this, preferring to side with the single researcher who couldn't identify them. Page 146 shows a photo of shed intestinal lining, falsely presented as "biofilm". The 20-cent coin suggests the experiment that extracted this biofilm took place in the Eurozone. While it is theoretically possible that it came from a willing test subject, it is more likely that the "biofilm" was produced in the body of an unwilling autistic victim.

On page 198, Kalcker mentions using Protocol P for autism and explicitly refers readers to Kerri Rivera's book, website, and Facebook group.

In 2012, Kalcker was arrested for promoting chlorine dioxide.

In 2013, Andreas Kalcker was a speaker at the Autism One conference in Chicago, Illinois. (source: Forbidden Health, page iii). Meanwhile, the keynote speaker at Autism One 2013 was none other than... RFK Jr.

In 2014, Andreas Kalcker was a speaker at Autism One again. (source: Forbidden Health, page iii). This establishes that Autism One administrators were not merely fooled into accepting an abusive crank; they would have known that his protocols involved child molestation when they allowed him to speak a second time.

In 2018, a conference he was planning to speak at was cancelled due to fraud. He filed a meritless lawsuit against El Colegio de Médicos de Alicante protesting the cancellation, but lost.

In 2020, a five year old boy in Argentina died after his parents poisoned him with chlorine dioxide bleach. Kalcker was charged with the boy's murder, but managed to escape conviction because the parents confession to abusing the boy with chlorine dioxide was held inadmissible in court.

On January 30th, 2025, Wired reported that Andreas Kalcker had been invited to speak at a US conference. This time, it was something called "Charlie Ward Show Truth Seekers Conference". While his name was misspelled as "Andreas Kalker", by this point the man was known for over a decade as a key accomplice of Rivera's nightmarish enema torture sessions. The conference was to be hosted at the Trump Doral. The advertising materials mentioned that the organizer had been in contact with Kalcker for years.

In April-May 2025, the conference went forward. Despite months of advance knowledge, Kalcker was there. ICE allowed him to enter the US freely, and to leave unimpeded despite his crimes. This establishes that at least one Trump business venture is complicit.
