Frontier Pharmaceutical, owned by Valerie Alliger-Bograd (formerly Valerie Alliger) sells chlorine dioxide products for medical purposes under an assortment of brands. Alliger-Bograd and Michelle Herman are partners in Sinox Pharma, which holds the Snoot! Spray brand. In addition to the Snoot! product, Sinox/Snoot sells Kerri Rivera's books and a machine for producing chlorine dioxide solution. Under the Snoot! brand, they have been caught explicitly attempting to acquire new victims for Kerri Rivera to sexually abuse.
Proof that Rivera's "treatment" includes sexual molestation can be found on our page on Kerri Rivera.
In May 2013, Kerri Rivera gave a presentation at the AutismOne conference promoting her new book. The slides from her presentation were published online. These are the oldest link to Frontier (misspelled Frontier Farmaceutical) we've found. DioxiRinse™ Mouthwash, DioxiBrite™ Toothpaste, DioxiWhite™ Pro Teeth Whitener (seems to be no longer marketed?), WhiteLasting™ Maintenance Gel (seems to be no longer marketed?), BioClenz™ Dental Unit Waterline Cleaner, Penetrator™ Periodontal Gel were all Frontier products.
On June 15, 2023, Frontier's DioxiCare Youtube channel ran one of Kerri Rivera's videos promoting their products. They even gave Kerri a referer code, so she can get extra money through sales.
On February 28, 2024, the @SnootSpray X account praised Andreas Kalcker and complained about bleach abusers being jailed in a lengthy post attributed to "Michelle Herman, CEO".
On September 6, 2024, the corrupt NGO "Children's Health Defense" ran a 110-minute promotion for Frontier Pharmaceutical. CHD allowed Frontier staff to represent themselves as experts. Frontier staff presented images implying that that chlorine dioxide can be used to cure autism.
The Snoot Spray website promotes The Univeral Antidote, a chlorine dioxide promotion website that also promotes Rivera and Kalcker.
On November 11, 2024, the @SnootSpray X account attempted to get a man to sodomize his nonverbal, autistic son.
On December 20, 2024, the @SnootSpray X account encouraged Rosemary to contact Kerri Rivera for advice on using chlorine dioxide for autism.
On April 21, 2025, the @SnootSpray X account bragged about getting funding for Steve Kirsch's study. How involved they actually are with Kirsch is unclear, but the referrer link demonstrates that Michelle Herman is actively involved in operating the @SnootSpray X account.
On June 30, 2025, the @SnootSpray X account attempted to convince Brian Eastwood to sodomize his autistic son.
Michelle Herman and Valerie Alliger work with Kerri Rivera and Andreas Kalcker. I'm not sure the date or origin of this particular photo.
On December 11, 2025, the @SnootSpray X account thanked US Senator Ron Johnson and Secretary Kennedy for a legal change that they hope will make it easier for them to evade prosecution.
On January 28, 2026, a woman named Susan O'Connor went on the Facebook group "Chlorine Dioxide Official" and asked for help contacting Kerri Rivera. Michelle Herman, owner of Snoot, pointed her to Rivera.
The @SnootSpray X account announced their intention to exhibit at the AHFA Health Fair. AHFA is an 'interesting' group - when you join, you agree that their activities are not governed by written laws and that any and all disputes between you and any member of any church affiliated with AFHA will be handled by AFHA religious authorities rather than "the courts of man", and that you will not disclose medical treatments obtained through AFHA to any law enforcement agency.
The @SnootSpray X account praised Kerri's plan to launch a new grooming program.
As of April 22, 2026, the Snoot website sells Kerri Rivera's books. This is not like Amazon or Barnes & Noble, who have thousands of books and can't vet them all - their books section currently contains a total of 13 entries. 4 are Kerri Rivera.
According to their website, "Snoot! Spray does NOT sell Chlorine Dioxide solution, nor the components to make it." This disclaimer would, perhaps, be more believable if it was not on the page for "The bubbler" - a machine used to make chlorine dioxide solution.
Snoot currently gives a PO box in Topanga as their mailing address. Michelle Herman's Facebook account username is "michelle.herman.Topanga".
Disconcertingly, they also sell bottles and bottle tops in quantities that look like they're intended for wholesale use. The reason the bottles are blue or amber is that chlorine dioxide bleach is extremely unstable and can decay into less corrosive components if exposed to light.
Snoot! is also being marketed as a treatment for, among other things, autism. We don't know the exact details of how they use it, but their willingness to work with Kerri Rivera strongly suggests that they intend the nasal spray as a starter rather than as a complete protocol.
The first two images come from Robert Yoho's SubStack, the third comes from Pierre Kory's book, which is sold on Snoot's website.
Snoot! Spray plans to attend the Red Pill Expo in Las Vegas in July 2026.
And, just to put a cherry on top - if you ever wanted a shirt that says you're in a child abuse cult, Snoot Spray has you covered.
In Conclusion
Given Frontier's connections to Kerri Rivera, we suspect that their
promotion of her work violates her 2015 agreement not
to shill chlorine dioxide in Illinois. Frontier claims FDA approval to
market chlorine dioxide for some purposes; the FDA approvals should be
scrutinized carefully and the safety testing repeated by people without ties
to the Genesis II Church or the Rivera-Kalcker ring. Finally, they should
be investigated to see if they are marketing Snoot! or other Frontier products
for off-label child molestation, given their degree of involvement with Kerri
Rivera.
