Individually human-written messages are free of charge, unless they contain criminal threats.
Criminal threats have a $300 minimum fee. This includes threats and extortion attempts which are sent via bulk message.
Non-threatening bulk messages (sent to 100 or more websites, or substantially identical to messages sent to 100 or more websites) will be charged as follows:
$100 - minimum fee.
Research necessary to determine the location of the sender and/or to invoice them: $100/hour, in half hour increments, half hour minimum. Note that this means that unless you include all invoicing information needed in a spam, the minimum that a spammer agrees to pay is effectively $150.
Currency conversions will use the most recent published IRS yearly average exchange rate.
StopBleachAbuse.org personnel may, and probably will, transfer the debt to other parties for collection.
